Problem

Live judging events need timely, transparent scoring. Manual tabulation makes ranking changes harder to trust and harder to present on the spot.

Solution

I built and supported the first live deployment so judges and organizers could record scores, view rankings, and run the pageant with a faster feedback loop.

Technical highlights
